After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Hubble Pal Glow Camera Baby Monitor.
Our WiFi cameras work with the 2.4GHz band, as they cannot connect to the 5GHz band.
If you use a dual-band router, ensure that your router is broadcasting in 2.4GHz and that your mobile device is connected to the 2.4GHz network before you start setup. When during setup you are asked to select your Wi-Fi network again, ensure to connect to the 2.4GHz network. (Your router's 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks will appear as two separate networks to your phone.)
The reason why our cameras use 2.4GHz rather than 5GHz is that 2.4GHz allows for more distance between the handheld and the camera. The software and firmware of those models (as well as that of the stand-alone Hubble cameras) cannot deviate from this and therefore also require you to connect to the 2.4GHz band.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hubble Pal Glow Camera Baby Monitor: ''Regarding your question about adding additional cameras, the system supports pairing up to four cameras with the monitor provided that the models are compatible and it is possible to use a split screen feature to watch 2 cameras on the screen at the same time.''
