Good training machine for restarting exercices
I bought this training machine for reeducation after a accident at work. It is smooth and very quiet. Good value for money. Only thing which could improve is the manual for the assemble of the parts.

Lovely solid smooth machine
After looking at the myriad of different machines, decided on this one it looked good with good features and Argos had it at a good price. Delivery was given as 7 working days but was delivered in 2days. There are a few bits to put together but I took my time and followed the instructions and everything assembled perfectly components really well made and solid. There were a couple of squeaks but they weren't mechanical just plastic rubbing wee squirt wd40 totally quiet even with my 98kg on a workout and you feel safe on it. Can't fault it been using daily for 3wks and certainly feeling the benefits.

I would of give it a five star if the item wasnt scratched in 5 places not small but big paint scratches, and argos do not have a decent customer service

Prefer a treadmill myself!
It's the first crosstrainer I've had, and will be the last! I find it hard work compared to a treadmill. It's very noisy as well and I have to keep tightening the screws and bolts every few days as they keep coming loose.

Having checked the instructions. The Cross Trainer does not need to be plugged in.

The Marcy Azure EL1016 Elliptical Magnetic Cross Trainer requires batteries for the display monitor. In order to choose functions, you will need to display to work.
