Our supplier has advised the following for the Bluefin Fitness Pro Vibration Plate - Black -
On the underside of the plate, there are metal attachment points which can be folded outwards to allow for the hand cables to be clipped in.

The resistance bands can be used by anchoring them to the vibration plate (or standing on the band) while performing simple moves like bicep curls, rows, or shoulder presses. The added resistance from the band helps to engage the muscles more and boosts activation and stability.
