The silent motor runs under 55dB during use. Bluetooth speakers connect to your device instantly. Two sensors sit on the handrail for tracking.
The plate features adjustable resistance cords attached to the steel base. A workout and nutrition guide comes included. Pre-programmed routines help you start sessions quickly. Our supplier has advised the following for the Bluefin Fitness Pro Vibration Plate - Black -
On the underside of the plate, there are metal attachment points which can be folded outwards to allow for the hand cables to be clipped in.
The resistance bands can be used by anchoring them to the vibration plate (or standing on the band) while performing simple moves like bicep curls, rows, or shoulder presses. The added resistance from the band helps to engage the muscles more and boosts activation and stability.
