We would not recommend modifying the structure. This item has been built and tested with the interior wall. Removing this may impair the structural integrity and will void the product warranty.

This comes in some very big piecesz we got about half of it through the house but the rest has to go over the fence. It was very heavy as well and took 4 people to carry everything through.

This garden room comes with a floor made with heavy duty tongue and groove boards. It should be put on a firm, level base either concrete, paving slabs or concrete slabs. More details for base requirements can be found using the link below and clicking into the instruction manual:

"The windows are made from styrene, which is a plastic material. The customer can fit glass windows and insulation, if the work is carried out by a professional tradesperson."

This is not designed for using a stove in and any alterations to it to accommodate a stove would invalidate the warranty.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say "We would not advise to add a hot tub into our buildings as it can cause leaking issues, or condensation errors within the building"
