Bought this on sale as I needed a table and wasn’t expecting anything spectacular. i was pleasantly impressed with the quality and large size of it. The wood is beautiful and the storage is so useful. It is not too heavy so it can be moved by just one person.

It nice change from glass wood or steel. The only complaint is the finish is not perfect but unless you go look for it you will not find it.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat x Scion Esala Round Coffee Table - Walnut Stain: For the other side of the lid of the table, the bottom face is MDF lacquer - black colour.

The top of the table will not stain from accidental spills, because the table top has a layer of top coat to protect it from this. This top is also wipe clean only, the instructions confirm to wipe it with a damp cloth.
