I wish I read the reviews before I purchased this item. I got this for my mums Christmas and let's just say we were very disappointed all day Christmas night. We spent trying to get it to work with her SIM card and it did not work. It kept saying that there was no SIM card registered even though it was making phone calls which was weird. So anyway I managed to take it back to the shop and lucky enough I managed to get a refund there is no ringtones on this phone either. We tried looking for other ringtones and we could not find them in the settings the manual is useless. Does not tell you anything. It has two compartments for SIM cards which we don't understand why it also comes with microSD card but looking at the phone what could it actually hold in remedy wise?

Great phone. Battery life is solid. Perfect for when you want to be contactable but not always distracted and scrolling. Got a 32GB SD card and moved all my favourite albums onto it too. Would recommend for anyone looking to reduce their screen time! Also, I saw another review mention the noise it makes when you open and close it. Don’t worry, you can turn this off in settings.

Yes, the TCL Onetouch 5023 mobile phone does support speed dial functionality. To set it up, follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Navigate to Call settings.
4. Choose Speed dial.
5. Set the Status to On.
6. Select Set numbers > Edit.
7. Choose the contact you want to assign.
8. Press OK.
9. To use speed dial, long press the key you assigned to the contact, and the phone will dial them directly.
