About this product
Saving rainwater for your garden? The Whitefurze Water Butt collects 230L efficiently. It's made from recycled polypropylene so you're helping reduce plastic waste. The three-piece interlocking stand elevates the butt for easier access. You'll secure everything firmly using the three plastic link clips provided. All holes come pre-drilled so attaching components takes minutes. The butt includes a tap for controlled water flow. It's 100% recyclable when you eventually replace it.
Connect to downpipes easily with the included diverter and t-piece. The flexible hose directs overflow water where you want it. The stand adds stability and raises height for comfortable access. You won't struggle with assembly thanks to pre-drilled attachment points. It's suitable for small to medium gardens needing water conservation. The tap lets you fill cans without lifting heavy containers. Complete kit includes stand, clips, diverter, t-piece with caps, tap and hose.

Overall I’m pleased with the water butt, but the top, where the lid fitted, was a little misshapen. It was difficult to fit the lid but I eventually managed.

Bought to increase my storage capacity. Good sturdy barrel but tap leaks very slightly will monitor to see if it either gets worse or better. Just leaving watering can underneath to stop it soaking the decking.

Great Butt
Purchased a Whitefurze WaterButt without seeing it and was surprised with the feel of quality rolling it out of the shop.I was pleased with the ease of setting up the base and the connecting pipe to my drainpipe.The lid is not flimsy but robust in construction and once fitted is extremely secure.I will be changing the plastic tap however for a brass garden tap in order to attach my Hozelock hose.A good buy at a good price I'm going to get another.

The water butt was excellent quality although a tad expensive.

Not the best qaulity
Not bad qaulity but had to ream out the tap hole further to allow a reasonable flow rate,...only way to stop the tap from dripping was to further tighten the tap so now its 45 degrees to the vertical position.

Excellent value
Very good value water butt, better than two other ones we have which cost more. Features I like are sturdy construction, good locked together base, T junction so can join another but to the same down pipe. No problem connecting,with clear instructions.(if needed)

The supplier has advised for the Whitefurze Water Butt and Kit - 230L: It isn’t recommended to connect a power washer to the water butt. It can be done for certain power washers and specific connections.

The supplier has advised the following for the Whitefurze Water Butt and Kit - 230L:
"In essence, unfortunately having a metal downpipe won’t work with our water butt and you need to connect the water but to the downpipe."
But they do add the following point:
"Our 230L Water Butt can be used without being connected to a downpipe. So, for customers who don’t want to connect or cannot connect they can still use the 230L. This is due to the lid having some purpose made holes in the lids to collect rain water safely and without the need to connect to a downpipe."
