You'll apply detergent while you work using the built-in suction tube. The 6m high-pressure hose gives you reach without moving the machine constantly. It's wheeled for easy transport around your garden or driveway. The water filter protects the pump from debris for longer-lasting performance. You'll adjust pressure with the Vario lance for delicate surfaces or crank it up with the dirt blaster. Onboard storage keeps lances and accessories organised between jobs. K4, K5, and K7 models are designed for moderate to heavy-duty tasks. As the model number increases, so does the pressure and water flow rate. This makes them suitable for larger or more demanding jobs, such as cleaning medium-to-large patios, decking, and vehicles more frequently."
They add that the higher-numbered Karcher pressure washers are fundamentally more powerful and are built for more demanding applications.

I dont know whether this helps, but we have a very large garden and would not be able to use the machine without an extension lead. I am currently still using a very old K3 - at least 20 years old - and have always used an outdoor wind-up extension wheel with it, without any problems.
