The VTech KidiZoom Duo FX Camera (Blue) is not rechargeable via a "normal" charger or USB cable. It requires the manual replacement of batteries once they run low.
Charging and Battery Details
Battery Type: The camera requires 4 AA alkaline batteries (2 in each handle).
USB Port Usage: The included USB cable is for data transfer only (moving photos and videos to a computer); it does not charge the device.
Rechargeable Option: While the camera does not have a built-in rechargeable battery, you can use standard rechargeable AA (Ni-MH) batteries. However, these must be removed from the camera and charged in an external AA battery charger.

You can get photos printed by taking the SD card to a photo store or using the usb cable to transfer the photos from the camera to a computer/pc.
