This bed is awful
We had to modify this bed to make it usable. The back of the bed is all open with very litte support. We added legs underneath and used the side to hide the space as the bed is in the middle of the room. The draws as others have said are heavy and unless you have laminate flooring in your bedroom they are really hard to pull out as an adult never mind for kids. We have attached some laminated sheet underneath which helps. The bed is basically designed to be against 3 walls. The head and foot board are full of ugly looking screw heads. Nothing is provided to help hide them. We have covered them over with a blanket. But there are better and cheaper beds in argos I would highly recommend you get one of them instead!

Lovely bed
Lovely bed however you need a huge room to be able to make it up properly. When you are making it up the back bit needs to have some legs or something to support it as it breaks off very easily

Great sturdy bed
Bought this for my son’s room. He has the box room so we needed a bed with storage, which this bed is perfect for the drawers are really sturdy so won’t break easily like past beds have. Easy instructions built myself took about 4 hours. The only downside is the drawers are separate to the bed and quite heavy so my son struggles getting them out on his carpeted floor

Very sturdy and spacious
I bought it last month for my 10 year old son. His room is very small and this bed saved us as we didn’t need to have a drawer to put in his room as this bed has big and spacious drawer and shelves. To assemble you really need someone who is skilled as this is also a day bed.

Average quality and design
I bought this for my granddaughter as she was growing out of her cot bed. She absolutely loves it and feels like a big girl now. Apparently it was easy to assemble but the quality is not the best as the drawer fronts are all damaged, but I've not put in a complaint yet as unsure who to contact. The drawers would be better is they had some small castors on the bottom to help them slide in and out of the space because at the moment they just drag along the carpet. The main thing though is that my granddaughter loves it.

Bad design!
This bed has no back to it so does not have sufficient support at all! It’s is badly designed where the whole bed basically is held together by plastic plus a screws from the sides. Also there is no base for the drawers to go into. They just scrape along the floor/carpet. The description does not warn you of this. I had to send it back as the panels were bowing

Hello Caz,
The supplier has advised the following for the Jude Cabin Bed Frame - White:
No, it cannot be accessed unless you were to pull the bed out. The back of the storage and the ends of the bed are solid so, though it is a hollow, stepped space at the back, it’s not intended for storage or, at least for the space to be accessible.
(It may perhaps be possible of course to store items behind the bed in this space, but you’d need to consider that it’d be best to put things there that you don’t need regular/immediate access to. You’d also need to ensure that those items were smaller than the space).
The supplier adds the following info on the size and shape of this space at the back: "It is 390(h) x 340(d) x 1920(w) mm. However, a support panel is placed vertically in the middle under the bed base. The support panel is 1920 x 135 x 15 mm."
Thank you for using Q&A.
