Fantastic product

Poor quality
The iron sent to me spurts out water when steaming and it’s very difficult to see the level of water when refilling. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying.

Great Features, light weight
Bought this a few weeks ago. Only used a few times but impressed so far. Love that you don’t have to pick a heat setting, it just knows! Steam brilliant. Light weight…. So far so good Also plug is easy to pull out the socket (My last iron had a terrible plug).

Hi, Your appliance is designed to work with tap water. If you live in a hard water area, you can use up to 50% tap water and 50% distilled water, and it’s important to regularly use the self-clean function to prevent limescale build-up.
Please avoid water with additives or pure distilled/demineralised water, as this can cause damage or performance issues.

This iron does not have a temperature dial. It has just the one single setting which allows you to go from denim to silk without setting.
