You're ready to train at home with weights that match your progress. This adjustable dumbbell lets you lift from 2kg to 25kg in one compact piece of kit. It's perfect for strength training or targeting specific muscles. The quick twist-lock mechanism changes weight in seconds. You'll switch between eight different settings as you build up.
The circular weights stay secure with the spinlock system throughout your session. There are 16 pieces included so you can customise each lift. The handgrip measures 11cm for a comfortable hold. Broke after 4 uses
Awful dangerous experience. Had them less than a month and only used them 3 times. I went to go work out and set the weights to 25kg unbeknownst to me The locking mechanism on one side of the dumbell jammed and left the dial turner unlocked. You wouldn’t know this when lifting them out of the floor case as the locking mechanism is in the under side of the dumbell. Which meant when I lifted up the weight to press upwards, the dial spun round and the weights all started to drop out. Luckily I was able to get out of the way otherwise I could have been injured. Argos take no responsibility for selling this product so have directed me to the manufacturer to inform them. Hopefully can return them and get my money back as I want nothing to do with this product!

When you are lifting the weight, the handle does not rotate through the centre of the weight like a traditional dumbbell is prone to do.
In the cradle the handle rotates to select the weight, there is no other movement.
