Soft
Best looking rug ever 10/10
Bob
Nice rug.
Happy with my purchase. The colour is lighter than it appeared to look on the screen, i would say it's more grey than charcoal. Easy to hoover and keep clean, doesn't move around on vinyl floor.

It's a nice rug
Just wasn't the light colour has in picture so it's not something I would get again I would only recommend if they know colour was different to picture

Good quality
Really good quality for the price. I’ve bought more expensive rugs and none are as good as this one. True colour, dark grey. I would not hesitate to buy another one if needed. Definitely worth the price.

Not as great as I thought
Bought this rug a while ago and in the pictures it looked great but when it got delivered and took it out of the packaging, I wasn't very impressed with it, it looks ok, but not something I would've bought if the pictures were true to reality to be honest

Poor quality
I bought this rug for my sons bedroom, to be honest I wouldn't put it in my shed. The quality was very poor. I have never seen a rug of such poor finishing.

Hello Jac.
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for Homemaker Relay Plain Charcoal Short Pile Rug - 100x145cm.
We don’t specifically test our products for use with underfloor heating, and there are a few important factors to keep in mind such as the type of flooring and the type of heating system you have.
General considerations
Placing a rug over underfloor heating means the system has to work harder, as the heat must pass through an additional layer before reaching the room. If using rug grip with the rug this adds an additional layer. Some floor coverings also have a maximum temperature they can safely withstand. These limits vary depending on the flooring type and manufacturer, so we always recommend checking your floor’s manual for guidance. Adding a rug on top of heated wooden floors may increase the surface temperature beyond the recommended limit, which can lead to long-term damage.
Rug-related considerations
Thickness: Thinner rugs allow heat to pass through more easily.
Material: Different fibres provide different levels of insulation.
Heat circulation: Low-pile, lightweight rugs typically allow better airflow and reduce the risk of overburdening the heating system.
Size and placement: Small to medium rugs help maintain even heat distribution, while larger rugs may trap heat.
Backing: Anti-slip or latex backings may not be suitable, as some materials can soften or melt when exposed to heat.
Construction: Some rugs contain higher amounts of latex or similar materials to anchor yarn within the rug, which may be affected by heat over time.
If you’re unsure, it’s best to consult the manufacturer of your flooring or heating system for specific advice.
