Misleading Product Claim and Poor Support

I spent nearly two hours speaking with three different Samsung agents about changing my fridge door from right-hand to left-hand opening. All I needed was confirmation of the small parts required for a basic reversal kit – something the product itself claims to support. Instead, I was met with confusion, contradictory advice, transfers to empty chats, and finally an attempt to sell me an expensive repair service. For a fridge that boasts 'reversible doors' as a feature, the lack of clear guidance and willingness to provide the parts is extremely disappointing. An underwhelming and frustrating experience that leaves me questioning the value of both the product and the support behind it.
