Perfectly Warm electric blanket
I bought the Perfectly Warm electric blanket about a month ago. It's good quality, but it doesn't seem to get as warm as my old one did. Not a problem on mild nights, but I bought this for frosty evenings. I like the separate feet setting. I thought it had two sets of controls, one for each side of the bed, but I think that's only for king size. The cover (which unzips for washing) seems, even without the blanket switched on, to make me feel sweaty..

This is a great electric blanket. I love the dual setting on it so that me and my husband can have different temperatures. I also like the fact it has body and foot settings. It fits really well and is very comfy to sleep on.

The best electric blanket
This was purchased as a Christmas present for my son and his partner. I've had this blanket for a few years now, and I wouldn't be without it. I have poor circulation, and if my feet are cold I can turn on just that part of the blanket. I can heat it up to toasty warm when I get into bed, and if it's really, really cold, I'll leave it on a low setting for some time. I believe that you sleep better when you're snuggly warm, and for sure I sleep well with this blanket.

I am also returning mine today because the product no longer has independent zones for each side of the bed, and now only has one set of controls. I have raised the issue with customer services! Basically, it looks like the text has been updated on this Argos listing, but the images of the old packaging and the old review boasting two sides and two controls have not.
I have just ordered this based on it having dual controls and it does not! It has just one controller.

There are elastic straps at top and bottom of the blanket to go under the mattress. I installed mine by lifting one corner of the mattress to slide the elastic under, then lifting the opposite corner to slide the other end of the elastic under. Then I could wiggle the elastic until it was lying straight. It does take a certain amount of hand strength, and it may depend on whether your mattress is bendy enough to let you lift one corner. Im 74 and managed it okay.
