Poor performance
I bought this blanket to replace my very old one, I did lots of reading reviews and decided on this one. Whilst it looks the business, it is lovely quality, it's very underwhelming on the heat side. In fact compared to my previous blanket tepid, is the word for the heat at level 9. Very disappointed.

My electric blanket died after about 8 years. Good innings! Had this same one before. Looked to see if there was better out there, but there isn’t. So purchased the same one again. The others have reviews showing long times to heat - & need to plan early & put on half hour before using. That won’t work for me..I like heat in 5 mins.. & this is still the best out there. Very nice to have a new one, love it still as much. What else can you really expect from it?! Unless it makes a cuppa tea in the morning for you too - don’t see how it can be beaten! Perfect. Thanks. Faulty product
Unfortunately. I had to return the product due to a fault where one side didn't heat up properly. Argos return policy was great and easy. Money was returned to the credit card it was ordered on without problem. I was also able to return to a different outlet to which it had been purchased from. I will order products in the future from Argos due to the ease of return when there is a problem.

WARMS UP QUiCKLY
Bought it three weeks ago . Wish I bought one sooner . Warms up quickly . Timed for 1hour , 5 hours or 12 hours . Various temperatures : high , Med , low . Various areas : feet , body , both . Can have on low temperature all night , or quick warm up & switch off .Great product . Would recommend it .

Wonderfully warm
As the weather has turned cold I decided to buy a heated blanket, which I haven’t had since I was a child. Oh my gosh, why haven’t I done this sooner? This Slumberdown Perfectly Warm heated under blanket is exactly what it says it is. Perfectly warm. It heats up quickly, has 9 temperature settings for upper and lower body and is very soft and comfortable. I was worried the elements might be uncomfortable to sleep on but it is so sumptuously soft that it is like having a second mattress topper on, only much warmer. I would definitely recommend this product.
