great mower
This Gtech mower is great it’s so easy to use and lightweight enough to lift up the steps in the garden on my own not like my old motor mower. one thing i did notice is to make sure the flap is down properly inside the grass box or the grass will come out of the side as it did on my first go .

Not happy
Second time I have used it since I bought it not battery will not hold its charge I have just fully charged it lasted less than 2 minutes also the lawn mower has no chance when grass is more than 3 inches long it keeps stopping. The grass box only fills up less than half way before it clogs up underneath. I am not satisfied with this and will be expecting to send it back with full refund if you could organise this for me please

Bad
I’ve had problems from the beginning. Insert battery having charged it all night and it won’t start! My neighbour who has the same model came and managed to get it started. He came the next time and couldn’t. I’ve been out for 30 minutes and it will not start. Thinking of sending it back!

sturdy mower
This my second G-Tech mower, the first is still working, but could do with a new blade and battery. I thought why not treat myself, and take the old one to the local tip where they have a rehoming unit. Its far too good just to throw away. Apart from the colour, strange choice, its a thumbs up from me.

Wish I hadn’t Bought!
Wish I hadn’t bought! Not as good as my old petrol mower. After a few uses handle feels wobbly and flimsy. Wheels are clumpy and flimsy. Doesn’t cut short enough. Blades don’t cut well. Doesn’t cut close enough to the edges without slipping and chewing edge up. Will be interesting to see how long the battery lasts. Suppose this would be ok for someone with a bog standard square or oblong shaped piece of lawn. Good points - charges quickly, great to store with easy collapsible handle.

I have given five stars for the Gtech service. unfortunately, the product was too bulky for me and heavy. When mowing near the edge it was too heavy yo contrail and it made circles on the lawn. The mower would benefit from a back roller.
