New oven 3weeks old
I bought this oven 3weeks ago. The casing looks smart. I am still getting get to grips with the sorting the correct temperature to cook at. The disappointing feature is the clock. In the 3 weeks I have it the product the clock is 10 minutes behind. I have tried to reset it but it will not allow you to do so. Also it only comes with one chrome rack you need 2.Replace one of the baking trays with a chrome rack. Other than the above it seems ok

Affordable Quality
The oven looks very smart and feels solid with a quality feel to it. The knobs are push in for a streamlined finish and the settings easy to follow. Plenty of shelves/rack included. Heats up quickly and runs very quietly. Only used it a couple of times but absolutely no complaints and for what I paid for it it feels like a bargain. I had a Nef oven before and not noticed any difference to their known quality.

Dodgy clock
my Hisense oven clock has been losing on average 6 minutes per day since it was installed. So far all contacts with Hisense have achieved nothing. Buyer beware!

Good oven small faults
I have had the oven about 4weeks I find the over fine, heat’s well and quite quickly. The drawbacks are I think the setting’s could be bit bolder and the clock is a waste of time as it loses about 2/3 min a day. I find this very frustrating on a brand net oven.

Glass shattered on initial use
This was delivered and installed on 29 August 2025. On the initial heat up the inner door glass shattered. I contacted customer support immediately. It is now 14 Sep 2025, I am still waiting for Argos to collect this oven and issue a refund. Multiple calls to customer support via phone, live chat and email. Not even responding currently.

Lovely oven
I bought this oven a couple of months ago, due to moving house. It is a good oven. I think it can be a bit fast. But i dont mind that. I miss that it only comes with 1 wired rack. Not wire rack for the grill. But it comes a extra baking tray
