Space saver
Due to pipework running behind the oven unit I have always been limited to choice of oven as the depth of the unit restricts the appliance from sitting all the way back. No such problem with this oven. Due to its smaller depth measurement it sits correctly in the housing without any loss of oven space, looks great and performs well. Wish I had found earlier 5****

Easy to install and use, great view through the door, bright light for viewing oven content. Love the push in knobs which hide away plush to the surface. Could have done with another shelf and a grill rack for the tray, otherwise very pleased.

Missing Features
Hisense Website and retailer showing this as having a touch screen panel, and shows a clock. Neither of these are provided on the oven. Quite disappointed to now need an external clock timer!

Excellent budget oven
Excellent budget oven that works and looks as if it was much more expensive. Dropped top behind the fascia meant gas pipes feeding a hob above weren't a problem when fitting.

Shattered glass
Bought this item in may within the month the glass shattered while cooking. Had it replaced and then a month later the same again! Hisense are saying it's wear and tear and worn replace it as it's not in the guarantee. I would really avoid this product.

I can advise the following for the Hisense BI62020ABGUK Built In Single Electric Oven - Black:
They will only install based on what you have already in situ at the property, they won't install a hardline connection if there is only a 3 pin plug, the same if you have a hardline connection and no 3 pin plug. They also won't do gas work to the area if you don't already have it.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense BI62020ABGUK Built In Single Electric Oven - Black: Yes, it's a hard wired oven.

It does not come with a plug and has to be hardwired. The info sheet is incorrect and I have had to return the one I ordered.
My oven arrived 5th Jan without a plug.
