The Einhell plunge saw TE-PS 165 is a powerful all-rounder when precise cuts are to be made in a wide variety of materials. Whether wood, panels or plastics: The high-quality carbide saw blade works with up to 1,200 W power through materials up to a cutting depth of up to 56 mm (at 90 without rail). Even in an oblique cut of up to 45, depths of up to 42 mm (without rail) are not an obstacle. The cutting depth and incline can be adjusted without tools. The viewing window ensures better visibility in the cutting area.

Good saw, works well
I bought this as its a lot cheaper than other big brand corded models. In terms of functionality, it performs very well and has enough power, I cut down some solid doors and it didn't struggle. Depth adjustment works well. Only downsides are is a bit heavier than some big brands and the blade supplied was blunt and pretty useless so I had to replace it straight away. But it does take a standard 165x20 blade same as most small circular saws so you can get them in most shops.

Very good for the price
This is a well made unit, with a nice comfortable design and comes with a high count blade as standard for clean cuts - unlike others. There is no issues with the performance or quality of cutting. It performs very well paired with the Evolution G2 tracks. Noise levels are fine, but the supplied blade can sometimes make a 'ringing' noise which continues after stopping. Might annoy some folks. A different blade solves this - and you might want a higher tooth blade anyway. Areas for improvement: The depth cutting measurement guide is not accurate so double check before cutting ideally.
