About this product
The Habitat Chadwell Ottoman Bed sorts out your bedroom storage while giving you a comfortable place to sleep. It's got a soft padded headboard with linen-look upholstery that feels relaxed and modern. The end of the bed lifts up easily with a gas mechanism, revealing 400L of hidden space underneath. That's room for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, or anything that's cluttering up your bedroom. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and let air circulate, keeping things fresh.
The linen-look fabric's durable and easy to keep clean, so it stands up well to daily use. Plastic feet keep the frame stable and lift it slightly off the floor. The upholstered headboard's included and fixes securely to the frame. It arrives flat-packed, two people are recommended for assembly. There's a maximum user weight of 110kg and it comes with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee.
Sprung wooden slats provide comfortable mattress support and healthy ventilation.

Great bed, I thought the small double might be a bit too small but it isn’t and gives me much more room in a narrow bedroom. It is a very solid bed with an easy to use mechanism.The mattress is comfortable and the storage is great, with very easy access. The fabric base enables ventilation throughout the storage compartment.

Adding or changing the bed in any way would mean that the manufacture guarantee would be invalid.

This mattress can hold a weight of up to 220kg, so if you were to use a 65kg mattress, people up to the weight of 155kg (24.4 stone) would be able to use it as well.
