About this product
The Habitat Chadwell Ottoman Bed sorts out sleeping and storage in one frame. It has a padded headboard upholstered in linen-look fabric, soft when you're propped up reading or watching TV. The end-lift ottoman design lets you raise the mattress base to reveal hidden storage underneath, ideal for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, or clutter. A gas lift mechanism makes lifting easy, so you won't strain getting things in and out. It holds 400L of stuff, plenty of room for things you don't need every day.
The sprung wooden slats support your mattress properly and let air circulate, keeping things fresh underneath. The fabric's durable and practical for everyday wear. Plastic feet keep the frame stable and lift it slightly off the floor. The upholstered frame gives the whole bed a modern, relaxed look that works in most bedrooms. Assembly's required, and two people are recommended to put it together. There's a two-year guarantee included. Mattress is sold separately.

Great bed, I thought the small double might be a bit too small but it isn’t and gives me much more room in a narrow bedroom. It is a very solid bed with an easy to use mechanism.The mattress is comfortable and the storage is great, with very easy access. The fabric base enables ventilation throughout the storage compartment.

This mattress can hold a weight of up to 220kg, so if you were to use a 65kg mattress, people up to the weight of 155kg (24.4 stone) would be able to use it as well.
