About this product
The Habitat Chadwell Ottoman Bed sorts your bedroom storage without taking up floor space or adding bulky furniture. It's got a padded headboard and linen-look upholstery that gives you a relaxed, modern feel. There's a gas lift mechanism built into the end, so you can raise it smoothly to reach the storage space underneath. That's 650L of hidden room for spare bedding, seasonal clothes, or anything you want tucked away but easy to grab. The upholstered frame is soft fabric in taupe that works with most bedroom colours.
Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and keep air circulating, that's better for the mattress and more comfortable for you. The headboard's included and fixes securely to the frame with all the bits you need. Plastic feet lift the base slightly off the floor, with 1.5cm space underneath. The frame holds up to 220kg total user weight, so it's solid and stable for everyday use. Arrives flat-packed in two parcels, two people recommended for assembly. Comes with a two-year guarantee.

Great bed, I thought the small double might be a bit too small but it isn’t and gives me much more room in a narrow bedroom. It is a very solid bed with an easy to use mechanism.The mattress is comfortable and the storage is great, with very easy access. The fabric base enables ventilation throughout the storage compartment.

This mattress can hold a weight of up to 220kg, so if you were to use a 65kg mattress, people up to the weight of 155kg (24.4 stone) would be able to use it as well.
