About this product
The Habitat Chadwell keeps your bedroom organised when space is tight, combining a proper bed with serious hidden storage underneath. It's designed for smaller bedrooms where you need furniture to work harder without taking up more floor space. The padded headboard's upholstered in a soft linen-look fabric that adds a relaxed, modern feel to your room. There's a gas lift mechanism built into the end, so you can raise the mattress base smoothly to reveal 400L of storage underneath. That's enough for spare bedding, out-of-season clothes, or all those bits that usually clutter up your wardrobe.
Sprung wooden slats support your mattress properly and let air circulate underneath, keeping everything fresh. The upholstered frame's covered in linen-look fabric that's soft to the touch and stands up to daily use. Plastic feet lift the base just 1.5cm off the floor, keeping it stable and low-profile. The siderail sits 32.5cm high, that's a comfortable height for getting in and out. It'll support a maximum user weight of 220kg. Arrives flat-packed with headboard fixings included, two people recommended for assembly. There's a two-year guarantee for peace of mind.

Lovely Small Double Bed
My daughter’s 13th birthday is next month and I’m buying her as a present - upgrading her single bed to a small double bed. Adding or changing the bed in any way would mean that the manufacture guarantee would be invalid.
