The Bissell SpotClean StainLift is a portable carpet and upholstery cleaner that tackles everyday messes like muddy paw prints, spilt drinks, and set-in stains. It combines powerful suction, scrubbing action, and cleaning solution to shift dirt from carpets, area rugs, upholstery, stairs and car interiors. At around 4kg, it's light enough to carry around the house, and the long cord gives you decent reach without constantly switching plugs.
The triple action system sprays, scrubs and vacuums in one pass, and it's got strong cleaning power for stubborn marks. The clean and dirty water tanks are generous, so you're not refilling and emptying every few minutes. There's a safety indicator that tells you when the dirty tank is full. It comes with a tough stain tool for those persistent spots and a trial size of Bissell Spot & Stain cleaning solution. The hose lets you reach awkward spots, and the adjustable floorhead works across different surfaces. Works on carpets, rugs and upholstery.

I bought this as I only have rugs and it’s ideal. It’s also not too heavy to carry about. The one downside is when the clean water container is turned upside down to put in place, the water leaks out, but if done quickly, it is fine

Does what it says does.
I have used this three times since purchase,. It works perfectly, you can tell this by the colour of the water in the dirty water container after using the vacuum function. Drying time is minimal, even in a cool environment. The self-cleaning function works well too, although you usually have to do this twice. You can clean a fairly large area with one fill of the detergent chamber, depending on how much you apply to the area you are cleaning. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants an easy way to clean carpets, upholstery and even tiled floors.

Compact and easy to use spot carpet cleaner
I purchased this spot carpet cleaner about a month ago and I've just got around to using it for the first time, 2 days ago. The machine itself is quite compact and easy to use once set up, though I found the photo instructions rather confusing to follow. After figuring them out, I tried cleaning a small area on the carpet which had a stain which I had previously tried to remove with a spray bottle carpet cleaner. It has cleaned the stain fairly well but there is still a faint ring around the cleaned patch which I thought may disappear once the carpet had dried out. After two days, the carpet is still slightly damp and the ring is very faint but still slightly visible. It is cleaner than before and not as noticeable. However, I also cleaned a small rug which now looks lovely and a whole lot better than it did before! Based on this, I would give this machine 4 stars

Value for money
It's done a good job cleaning my sofa. Surprising how much dirt it does pick up . It also gives yourself a bit of a workout too. Would have preferred the hose to be a bit longer. It's good value for money, and I would recommend this machine
