Bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace a Ninja toaster which was so unpredictable, this toaster is way superior to the Ninja and very happy with the new purchase and happy to recommend. Make sure you follow the instructions IE use toaster on hi for three times before putting bread in to make actual toast.

It is exactly what it suppose to do. Nice crispy toast and different control as to suit your preference..the style is trendy .black with red lines.

The length of the slots are a little bit small.
This toaster is pretty good and is working well, apart from the slots are just a little bit small, (length wise), so I can't toast my bread in one go. I have to put each slice in end first and let it warm up, then after a minute or so, the bread has shrunk a bit, and I an then put the slice in the normal way to get an even toasted piece of bread.

Easy to use and browns evenly
This toaster is good looking and works well. You can easily select the browning level, the toast is hot and evenly browned. Crumpets work well too but we haven't tried anything else.

The toaster's high-lift function is designed for easy retrieval of smaller items like crumpets without the risk of burning oneself, but it does not include a feature to adjust the toasting level during the process.
