One swing that shifts through stages. The Chad Valley multi-stage swing seat adapts from nursery to backrest to open seat, so it moves along as your child grows, or gets used by different ages at once. It starts as a safety swing with detachable T-bar for babies, then becomes a backrest swing for toddlers, then a large open seat for older children. Suitable from 9 months with adult supervision. No frame supplied, but the ropes are fitted and ready to hang.
Built from injection moulded plastic that holds up outdoors. Stage 1 is a safety swing with T-bar for 9 to 36 months. Stage 2 swaps to a backrest for ages 3 to 5 years. Stage 3 removes the backrest completely for ages 5 and up. One swing, three setups. Minimal assembly required. For domestic outdoor use under direct adult supervision. Manufacturer's 1 year guarantee.

Adjustable swing seat.
Great child’s swing seat from a well known company (Chad Valley) I bought this from my grandson’s first birthday and he loves it. I bought the swing frame separately and the seat fits perfectly. As the seat is adjustable it will grow as my grandson grows so he’ll get lots of use from this seat. My husband did have to twiddle the height adjustment a bit before it was short enough so that it wasn’t too long but that was not a problem. The seat has a belt to hold babies in securely. Very pleased with this and so easy to pick up from Argos click and collect.

I bought this swing as I did not need a hanging frame because I had a suitable bough on a tree in my garden and so the price was reasonable. All that I needed were two strong screw-hooks, and the lengths of the ropes were easily adjustable. The seat and fixings are also adjustable to the needs of my various great-grandchildren, who are highly delighted with the swing.

Our supplier has advised that the Chad Valley 2 in 1 Toddler and Kids Swing Seat will fit any frame which is a minimum of 2.0m high.

The maximum reachable height of the structure should not exceed 2.5 meters from ground, the recommended height is 2.2 meters from the ground.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Chad Valley 2 in 1 Toddler and Kids Swing Seat:
We only supply the 2 in 1 swing so I am not familiar with another companies product. However, our swing needs to be ideally between 2.0m & 2.2m from the ground.

The supplier has advised the following for the Chad Valley 2 in 1 Toddler and Kids Swing Seat:
The swing comes with plastic figure of 8 shaped fittings. If you had metal fixings screwed into the tree that the swing could fit on to, it should be OK. (You’d also need to be sure that the part of the tree it hangs from is safe and strong enough too).

There is just a closed plastic loop at the top so you would need the clips and some branch attachment separately
