Over-priced rubbish!
Zero instructions/ user manual included! The online instructions were useless, even when using their suggested search phrase - literally verbatim - it came up with no results?!?!?! I had to Google a user manual which was vaguely more helpful, at least I knew how to get started and what the buttons did... Then, whilst on the bus, every time there was even the slightest vibration (from bumps etc) the sound broke up, so they are completely unlistenable on any form of transport, which is where I, like most people, use them. I also noted that after only about 20 minutes of use, battery life went down by a whole 10%. They are supposed to have 24 hours battery life. I'm no mathematician, but by my calculations that would barely be 4 hours. The only reason I gave them two stars and not one is the sound quality is excellent.... as long as you're stationary! Needless to say I returned mine as they are not fit for purpose. I will never go near Bose again.

Great headphones
I have a set of older wired qc15s, so the main thing I was after was the wireless feature. The unexpected bonus was how much better sounding they are, louder and richer in tone. It goes without saying that the noise cancellation and comfort is top notch

Bought these for my wife a month ago. She has always had in ear buds and can’t believe the comfort of the Bose , the sound quality , and the effectiveness of the noise cancelling. A great feature is the ability to automatically bind to Two devices rather than one. So you can bind it to your phone and also a tablet or computer.The Bose app is quite basic without a lot of features. It works though.

Amazing
I got these last week as ear defenders (for autism hating loud noises) and headphones in one and the noise cancelling is so good and they sound amazing and they are comfy so I can wear them for a long time. I only wish you could add more modes than 4 but it's fine , it doesn't matter, I still love them. They are worth the money

SC stands for Soft Case. The other model has Hard Case so more expensive. The other model also has multiple colour choices...the SC only comes in Black.

The SC version also has a 10m range whereas the other headphone have a range of 9.14m.
