Bought this to replace another Cookworks toaster that had packed in within a year. Seems slow to toast and there isn't the extra 'lift' on the lever to help get smaller pieces of bread out.

So far so good. Toasts fairly well and isn't too harsh on lower settings which is nice. Good design with the pull out crumb tray. Nice and wide slots although less deep than others.
