For the price these are excellent. A little fiddly to fit but the material/card is thicker than i expected. They look really good and look more expensive than £12

Lampshade doesn’t match photo or description
The actual product received does not match the description or the photos of the product. The photos clearly show a short barrel shape and the height was crucial for me. I have an awkward light fitting to cover so needed the depth as described. However the actual shade isn’t this depth at all, it’s concave at both the top and bottom which means the part that fits around the light fitting has a much smaller depth. The information on the box is also incorrect so that doesn’t help either! A total waste of time!

Not quite as "easy fit" as I would have liked
Quite fiddly to install and I did end up creasing a couple of the bends as a result. Once installed it does look really nice but it wasn't quite as "easy fit" as I would have liked.

Lovely light shade. Colour a bit paler than picture more a light Olive in real light. Looks great and and had many compliments. Be careful when putting together with Velcro as can easily tear the shade Good price love habitat. Wanted something a bit different and pleased with my purchase.

It’s impressive.
When I bought this , I wasn’t expecting a flat pack shade, I personally think the instructions could have been a little clearer, and it took me a while to figure out. But for all that, once I understood I found it easy to finish and it wouldn’t put me off buying another. It was easy to order, came well packaged, and looks lovely now it’s up. Looks a lot more expensive than it was.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Habitat Origami 27x37cm Paper Easy Fit Shade- Sage Green:
There is no fitting to secure the lamp holder so can not be used for table lamp purpose.

The Kura - white, has a separate metal ring with 4 shaped pins on it - this ring is supposed to go in the middle of the light fitting for the paper lamp to then rest onto these pins. The problem is, this ring is wider than the light fitting, so how would this rest or fit into the fitting?
On the opposite side to where the ring is fastened with a pin there is a little hook mechanism. This is where it opens.
The response from Argos is incorrect. The ring needs turned until you get to a part opposite the pinned opening, which then opens fairly easily. No hope when Argos dont even know how it hangs!
To open the IRON RING you will probably need to spin or turn the ring until you can see where it has a joint. You can then open the ring.
I think the confusion is around the instruction to OPEN THE IRON RING. That instruction needs more explanation, please.

The Origami 27x37cm Paper Easy Fit Shade- Sage Green has a standard fitting which fits on the light fixture, normally by unscrewing the bottom section of the light fitting, fitting the shade and then rescrewing the bottom section before inserting the light bulb.
