Dangerous.
There needs to be much clearer instructions on how to use this. The light is incredibly powerful and bright and even with it off to one side it’s painful. You could seriously damage your eyes if you looked into it and I could see nothing warning against this. I’ve sent mine back. To be fair it is beautifully made and good quality but in my opinion dangerous.

This light has really helped get rid of my SAD
Would highly recommend is light for anyone who suffers with SAD in winter. I wasnt expecting it to work and bought it out of desperation. Surprisingly it worked! Within a couple of hours using it i felt brighter and I now feel like my normal self again. I would never have thought a light could have such an impact on mood but it did for me.

Lovely bright lamp
I bought the lamp a while ago and after couple weeks I can say it works for me like a cold shower) waking me up (obviously not so harsh as a cold shower) but really energising. Even if sometimes the weather in the morning is not sunny, I have my own sun now. Love it
