Nicely Made Product
The item is lovely and very well made. The item is plastic not glass, which is not a problem for me. The only reason I have given this 4 stars is because I am old school and it does not have pints just ml and oz. So I have to keep looking up how much is a pint! I would still recommend the jug.

Great product
Good measuring jug - the inside ring with measurements facing up the way is handier than you might think, and it's well constructed and feels solid without being heavy. Tiny complaint is that the plastic scratches quite easily, but it wasn't bought to be an ornament.

Easy to read the measures
Very easy to read the measurements! Most of the other measuring jugs that we have you always have to tilt somehow to see how much you pour but this one....PERFECT!!! No tilting necesary! Just look in to the jug and pour!!!

Not just a gimmick
I bought this on a whim and in frustration at my old faithful jug of 15 years had lost all measurement markings so now is just a jug I was sceptical at first about this one but especially now as Iam getting /am old with a spinal injury not having to bend to counjter level to see measurment is a great bonus so this jug is a major bonus

Hi Bob! Thanks for your interest in our products.
The OXO Softworks 1L Angled Measuring Jug is made from BPA-free plastic, which is generally microwave safe. However, please ensure the grill option on your microwave is not accidentally turned on, as this may cause melting. It's not advisable to use it for boiling water and butter, chocolate, etc., as OXO products are microwave safe for non-fatty foods.
The maximum liquid temperature the jug can hold is typically below the 100°C (212°F), which is the boiling point of water.
