Glass surface prone to breakage
I chose this phone for my elderly parent for easy use and preventing a broken screen. I only discovered that the flip option defeats the purpose if the cover is of glass and can break anyway when dropped. The traditional flip phones were superior!

Works okay but not obvious for older users!
This phone works perfectly well and good value for money but as it was bought for my 95 year old mum to keep in touch, it's functions are not obvious or simple for an older person to use. Needs to have more obvious detail on key pad to explain use.

Suits my needs very well.
I needed a mobile that was 4G as my previous Argos mobile purchase was 3G. Ages had what I required at the right price.

NOT GREAT
Not ideal, buttons on side can be pressed while in pocket.

Very good item
A very neat item, I would suggest that anyone buying one of these phones goes on u tube and gets the instructions for putting the battery and sim card in. The way to open the phone is not made very clear with the instructions that come with the phone.

Exactly what it is
Got this around a month ago, yes its precisely what i was expecting. Simple easy phone. Call, text, with s few optional games. Neat little phone, good pick up hang up feature, good loud speaker. Not much else to say. Oh yeh new condition, no worries there. Bit of a pain to remove sim card but that may be just my sausage fingers and camera is poor, but it still can take a picture of clubcard qr and works on the till.

Great phone.
Bought for parent in late 70s. Easy to use, nice big screen, no chance of accidental pocket dialling with the flip phone. Looks smart.

Dreadful phone
Alas we found this phone to be absolutely awful. The display and ways of navigating round it are appalling. £65 down the drain.
