Wake up with this Acctim Digital LED alarm clock with innovative technology. You can view its screen from anywhere in your room with its LED display with clear, extra-large digits. A snooze function adds to the practicality and convenience, whilst a crescendo alarm means there will be no shock wake ups when the alarm goes off first thing! This alarm is USB powered (cable supplied) and requires connecting to permanently view the display.

Argos 5 stars for service but clock gets just 2
Argos service was excellent, but the alarm clock itself was not as good as I thought it would be. Not easy to set up, far too bright and a very loud alarm with no way of adjusting. Felt very cheap and not good quality. Argos processed the return without any issues.

Does the job if simple clock required
Just wanted a simple bedside clock with large clear numerals and alarm. Nothing else. No radio required. This fits just fine. As long as the power socket is close by. But can utilise 3xAAA batteries for when power is off or unavailable. Slim and lightweight if you want to take it whilst travelling. USB power connection.

Clock
Clock tells the time and displays it clearly and boldly, so it basically does the job. Things that could make this better would be a much longer cord, just reaching from a floor socket to a window sell is a stretch. Time that automatically changes when the clocks change and doesn't require resetting manually would also have been useful.

Acctim Medina Digital LED Alarm Clock - White
It may be in night mode.
If you press mode twice this should switch it off.
The LED only stays illuminated when it's plugged in, not when it's running off batteries.

On USB power the digits will light up continually. On battery power the digits will only light up for 10 seconds after pressing button.
