The Beurer Electric Fleece Heat Pad is an XXL format mains operated heat therapy device designed to help deliver soothing warmth for relaxation and comfort. Constructed from Oeko-Tex 100 fleece fabric, it provides targeted heat therapy that can be positioned across multiple body areas including back, shoulders, stomach or used as a heated foot mat. The 3 electronically regulated temperature settings enable controllable heat delivery with consistent output throughout use.
The hand held control provides straightforward temperature adjustment across 3 heat levels for personalised warmth intensity. Great heat pad
I bought this because I have a big problem with a nerve in my spine. My daughter suggested a heat mat might help at night to relieve the pain and help me getting to sleep. So far I am very pleased with the results. I like that I can put it on when I go to bed and that it switches itself off, just a pity it doesn't switch back on in the morning so the heat would help me to get out of bed!

Personally I would not sit on it, but you could rest it against your self sitting or laying to one side. It will help its lovely and people saying its not giving out heat it does perfectly, I use it for my back its lovely and no 2 heat is enough and for 2-3 hours
