Poor usage time
You get about 1 minutes worth of use before it runs out of water. You then have to wait 30mins to wait for it to cool down to refill it. I would not recommend this. I would have returned it if I had been able to

Really poor product, doesn’t do anything it say it does!! It won’t clean stains off the oven, mould off the grout in the bathroom. Really disappointed

Cleans really well
This is very good for the cost. It cleans really well. However, the water reservoir is relatively small and so needs to be topped up very quickly which restricts how long you can use it for each time.

Our supplier has advised that the Beldray 10-in-1 Handheld Steam Cleaner is compatible for use on grout however you may want to check with the manufacturer of the grout to make sure it can withstand that temperature of heat.

"The steam flow for this model is 25-28g/min and typically the pressure rating is between 3 to 4 bar. Unfortunately we don't have a more accurate number as this isn't something we have available."

"I can confirm that we wouldn’t recommend to use it on painted walls as there is a chance that if it is used too closely on a painted surface it may cause the paint to bubble or lift.
We also recommend that if you have any doubt you should test the steam cleaner on a small discrete area before proceeding with any cleaning."
