We bought the two and three seater recently, very pleased with them both. Very comfortable, look great, our only negative would be arm rests come detached quite easily, the velcro design doesn't keep them securely in place if you catch them whilst sat on the sofas

Ive had mine since Feb 2020 and Id say its on the firmer side compared to other sofas. It doesnt have thick cushioning so you wont sink into it like its quicksand or something, but it isnt rock-hard either.
Its a good in-between! I find it comfortable as I dont like super soft or super hard sofas either.

It would be hard to advise on this as it is personal preference if you deem something firm or comfortable. The cord fabric is designed for comfort and will have some give. If you where to order online you are able to return within 30 days if the sofa is not as soft as you would like provided the sofa has not been used just tried out.
