Boils very slowly. Didn’t realise when I bought it there isn’t a light indicator to say it’s actually switched on. Quite perturbing although we have had to get used to it. Looks nice in the kitchen as a good looking kettle. However I wouldn’t purchase again

Yep , it's good.
Pleased with this. Quieter than my previous kettle, slightly faster boil too. Colour is great very dark blue/black depending on the light. Base is sturdy and capacity more than adequate. No on light, but starts boiling in seconds so you know it's on. All good from me.

In the title its described as Dark Night. A night sky is usually a very dark blue unless perhaps youre truly in the middle of nowhere, which would explain why its dark blue. But that doesnt excuse Argos, as they have put black in the product information!
Its definitely navy. Ive just taken it out of the box and put it back in as its visibly blue against my black toaster

No it doesnt unfortunately which is the only downfall to this kettle, however it does boil super quick so you hear that more a less straight away
