The LLB Estella Ottoman Bedframe provides a place to rest and hidden storage underneath for bedding, clothes or items you don't use daily. Upholstered in soft brushed velvet, it feels gentle and withstands daily use. The hand-upholstered headboard and footboard have deep padding and a modern vertical design, providing comfortable support when sitting up reading or watching TV. The hands-free end-lift mechanism lets you access storage easily, even when holding bulky items. Solid hand-turned hardwood feet keep the frame stable and slightly lifted off the floor.
The large storage area underneath has a fabric dust protection sheet to keep your stored items clean and fresh over time. Sprung wooden slats support your mattress and allow airflow to prevent moisture build-up. Nine different velvet fabric colours let you match it to your existing bedroom scheme. It's manufactured in the UK and arrives flat-packed with clear instructions, two people recommended for assembly. A one-year manufacturer's guarantee is included. Mattress not included.

Purchased this bed through NEXT online arrived earlier than stated as it did say 6/7 weeks but arrived 3/4 weeks, took about 3 hours to build (Super King) so not bad going, the bed is of good quality and the colour and the velvet makes it look beautiful.

I am so disappointed
I an so disappointed with this bed it's already bent the metal underneath the slats have fallen out and even though it's a super king size bed our super king size mattress is about 3 inches to small and it squeaks terribly

Stunning!
I bought the bed in black, but was a little worried it was not a true black, but dark grey as some of photos seemed to suggest on the website. Bed arrived. Fabulous. A true black, with a stunning overall effect. Easy to put together, and seems of very good quality. I would say use your own tools. I used large and small Phillips screwdriver, and 13mm & 14mm spanners.

With a floor to underside of bed clearance of 3cm, this reduces the height to top of the siderail on the LLB Estella Velvet Double Ottoman Bedframe - Pearl to 31.5cm. The storage area is protected with a fabric sheet so should not affect this too much.
