Problems accessing the app.
I bought these scales a few days ago. The scales themselves are accurate, however I am having problems accessing the app. When signing up there is a verification code which has to be entered within two mins, but the code doesn’t arrive in time meaning it always expires. I mainly bought this product because of the app which I can’t access.

Great Digital Scales and So Much More....
Got the scales a few weeks ago now and wanted to try out properly before leaving a review. All good so far, scales very accurate and connects to Bluetooth and the app on my phone where you can track history and set goals to achieve. It can be calibrated, useful for multiple users in the household, and shows body fat and BMI which is very useful. Makes my old scales look like something from the Stone Age. Yes I would recommend.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Renpho Smart Body Bluetooth Bathroom Scale - Black: To change the unit of the scale, please follow the steps below:
Ensure the network permission is enabled on your phone and the network connection is stable.
Open the APP, it will default to the "Home" page of the APP.
Tap on "Me" in the bottom right corner.
The primary user's basic information(Avatar, Name, APP account e-mail) will be shown at the top of the screen. Tap the avatar, this will take you to the "Personal information" page.
Tap the weight to the right of "Weight", it will pop-up a window stating "Select weight". The weight unit is listed on the right line. You can swipe it up/down to select the target weight unit, and then tap "Confirm".
Tap "Save" in the upper right corner on the "Personal information" page. The APP will show you "Changes saved" if the setting is saved successfully.
