Needed a slightly different set up
I'm disabled so just standing still can be an issue, looking down and trying to read a display is just not working for me. So the app capturing it, was what drew me in. Actually the display on the scale stays up for a little while anyway once you step down. I'm a little sceptical that it can really measure all these other metrics through my feet but ok, indulge me. For me it works to keep a weekly eye on my weight and I'm very close not to be called obese by the app anymore (in the % body fat category), I'm OK in the other ones ...

To access the full set of body composition metrics (like body fat %, muscle mass, water %, and more), follow these steps:
Download the Renpho Health app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone.
Step on the scale with bare feet, ensuring full contact with the metal sensors.
Open the app while weighing to sync and record the full data.
View your results in the app under the “Measurements” tab.
If you're still only seeing weight and BMI, check that:
Your scale is properly paired with the app.
You're using the correct Renpho app.
Or the app may need an update.
