After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Renpho Smart Body Bluetooth Bathroom Scale - Black: To change the unit of the scale, please follow the steps below:
Ensure the network permission is enabled on your phone and the network connection is stable.
Open the APP, it will default to the "Home" page of the APP.
Tap on "Me" in the bottom right corner.
The primary user's basic information(Avatar, Name, APP account e-mail) will be shown at the top of the screen. Tap the avatar, this will take you to the "Personal information" page.
Tap the weight to the right of "Weight", it will pop-up a window stating "Select weight". The weight unit is listed on the right line. You can swipe it up/down to select the target weight unit, and then tap "Confirm".
Tap "Save" in the upper right corner on the "Personal information" page. The APP will show you "Changes saved" if the setting is saved successfully.

Argos replies are not always correct!
I have these scales and you can have them set to any of the following four measurements-
stones, stones pounds and ounces, just pounds, or kgs
Furthermore, you can change them at any time on the app and it adjusts your previous measurements accordingly.
I have found them incredibly accurate - place them on exactly the same spot in your bathroom each time you weigh, and keep very still until all the measurements have finished.
These scales are AMAZING!

Yes, this is able to be too as the display on the scale will still show weight. Units are set in the app, so if the individual owns it and has it set to Kgs, then it will display in Kgs only.
