I have a new phone and needed a different cable to use it in the car. I realised as soon as I opened the packet that it was the wrong cable but Argos would not let me return it even though I hadn’t used it as the seal on the packaging was removed. I’m warning others to check they have the right cable before opening so you don’t make the same mistake I did. I’m not bothered about the money but annoyed I have contributed to electronic waste.

Apple have always been great at meticulously designing their packaging great. We all know we’re paying extra for the brand, because there’s no justification that it needs to be anymore than £10. The cable works as intended, which is great.
