Helps to monitor physical activity
It does what I want , but I had difficulty in connecting to my phone as the instructions were out of date and the I had to clear spam sites from my phone after I followed the instructions.

Completely dissatisfied
I am completely disappointed in the product and Argos. Having bought the item and couldn’t see the screen I was told it couldn’t be returned as I’d set it up. I can’t figure out how I can try something out without setting it up. At the age of 73 I can well do without being told I wouldnt get my £84 refunded. Up

Excellent features
I bought this item a couple of weeks ago for my partner for his birthday. He absolutely loves all of the features . He’s not used to wearing something on his wrist but he is finding really comfortable. It is easy to use and he uses the Fitbit when working out most days . The battery life is excellent too , Only having to charge every couple of days. Overall this is an excellent little gadget

It is connected to too many things
It does it's job, but I really don't like the way that it vibrates my wrist every time I get an email or a WhatsApp. I am not going to do them on my watch. It is too connected to too many things - such as everything on my phone. Why can't it mind its own business and stick to counting my steps and measuring my sleep ?

Disappointed
In my experience this Fitbit is not even average. The ‘wrist turn’ to activate does not work 90%. I constantly cannot activate an activity, trying to do this through the google health app instead. Just an expensive price if wristwate that doesn’t deliver.

Great upgrade from the Inspire 2.
Bought it as a birthday present for my girlfriend to replace an ageing Inpire 2. She is very pleased with the look and improved functionality.

Fitbit fab helper!
Good piece of kit for my purchase price. I've never had a problem with battery life, I can charge every other day. I only use it for heart rate, steps and sleep but it does help. The charging lead is a countertop lead and very short accordingly. It's easy to purchase a longer charging lead separately though. I'm too nervous to use it when swimming but it is supposed to be waterproof although I can't speak to that. It's quite easy to use with the app. It's ergonomics are good. All in all I'm very satisfied. So far.

Great question, John. The time and date on the Inspire 3 are set automatically based on the time zone of your phone when it syncs with the Google Health app. If the time becomes incorrect, try syncing your tracker again or check your phone's time settings. Thanks for asking. The Inspire 3 works with devices running Apple iOS 16.4 or higher. Check out this link for more information: https://support.google.com/product-documentat...
Great question, Md. The Inspire 3 tracks steps by detecting the rhythmic movement of your arm. Because of this, it is designed to filter out non-step movements, though it is most accurate when you are walking with a natural arm swing.
To ensure the best accuracy, we recommend wearing the device snugly on your wrist and ensuring your height is set correctly in the app, as this helps the device estimate your stride length.

Thanks for the question, WINKS. Yes, the Inspire allows you to receive text notifications and answering a call on the device will pick up the call on your nearby connected phone.
Thanks for asking, Evie. The Inspire 3 tracking accuracy is affected by your personal physiology, device placement on your arm, and the activity you're doing — for a more accurate heart rate reading:
1. Wear your Fitbit device on top of your wrist, and make sure the back of the device is in contact with your skin.
2. Wear your device a finger’s width above your wrist bone when you’re not exercising.
3. Wear your device a bit tighter and higher during exercise for an improved fit. The band should be snug but not constricting, as a tight band restricts blood flow and can potentially affect the heart rate signal.
