Have only used it a couple of times but am happy so far. Suction is good, and gets to the edges well, also like the option to get under furniture easier. Not sure I've got my head round the battery and different power modes yet because the battery didn't last very long, but it lasted long enough to do most of downstairs and the stairs. It is a bit heavier than a wired hoover, but no heavier than my last Dyson cordless.

Appalling. Sold second-hand goods as £400 new
Passing through Torquay, we bought a Bosch Unlimited 7 cordless vacuum cleaner from Argos for our house move. Getting to our new home, I opened the packaging to find the box taped up with secondary tape marked with “Opened by Argos” and the contents looked disturbed. My mind was more on cleaning the view house and moving in than going back to Argos to query what I had found. The cleaner did not perform as well as the press reports and as I opened it, I found the inside of the cleaner tubes were gummed up with a heavy deposit of what looked like dried paint. The cleaner had been used!! Having already used the cleaner to vacuum the carpets before moving our furniture in and having trashed the outer box to dispose of it and being over an hour’s drive from the Argo store, I was between a rock and a hard place. £400.00 and a second-hand product with a dodgy second battery that lasts half the length of the other one. Why have I complained here and not to Argos? Because the public need to know that Argos take back returned goods and re-package them as brand new. Note to all: If the packaging is not originally sealed and it says Argo sealed, don’t touch it!!!! After some cleaning of the product itself I can answer some of the survey quality questions, but I am still fuming mad!!

It’s a good vacuum. I like the features but it’s not quite as powerful as I hoped. The suction isn’t the best and the brush often stops rolling around on my carpets.
