Lumie Clocks

Wake up naturally with gentle light using Lumie clocks

Say goodbye to waking up to sudden, loud alarms with a Lumie clock that mimics a natural sunrise. The built-in light gradually brightens to help you wake up more gently, while calming natural sounds create a more peaceful start to the day. Take the somber mood out of dark mornings with a comforting glow that’s guaranteed to brighten your day. With a Lumie clock at your bedside, you’ll be ready to take on the day season after season.

Create a calming bedtime and wake-up routine

A regulated circadian rhythm is the key to a healthy sleep schedule, and the gradual sunrise simulation of a Lumie clock keeps everything in check. With reduced melatonin levels when the sun comes up, post-sleep grogginess becomes a thing of the past. In the evening, the fading sunset feature helps you wind down by creating a softer light environment before bed. You can also adjust the brightness levels to suit your routine, whether you’re using it as a wake-up light, a relaxing bedside lamp, or for reading before sleep.

Make winter morning feel easier

Use it during winter mornings to overcome the struggle of rising in the dark or enjoy a bright light session during breakfast to help boost alertness before a busy day. Wake-up cycles usually last 20 to 90 minutes, while light therapy sessions typically last around 30 minutes daily. These lights are also designed to be UV-free, making them safe for everyday use.
