I am absolutely a standard size medium, but bought this in a small because I didn't want it to be frumpy. The small was too big and I had to return it and get an extra small! I am NOT extra small, I am very rarely a small. If you are an actual small or XS, this would be way too big on you. Unfortunately the material is also quite scratchy. All these things aside, it looks cute on and now that I have a size that fits, I'm keeping it and wearing it to a dressy event coming up with velvet trousers. Great price.
Good quality, very chic & hangs very well. Material is quite dense so not a silky texture. There's a subtle spinkle of sparkle in the knitted material. The description omits to mention the in-built vest/ tank top to prevent it slipped off the shoulder. If you're wanting to wear over another garment, this needs to be factored in otherwise it will be a very snug fit

I bought this in the sale, I didn't expect to receive such a beautiful well finished garment for the price. Beautifully shaped and the bonus is it has a lining that holds the cape in place very comfortably without having to ajust like most of them.

No it does not, it's just the cape. The top worn underneath by the model is separate and for illustrative purposes only, i.e. a top of a contrasting shade/colour that's also sparkly so it goes with it.
