About this product

Marshalls Garden Organic Spinach 'America' is a high-yielding, bolt-resistant variety that produces thick, dark green crinkly leaves with a tender, well-flavoured texture. Sow outdoors thinly 1cm deep in rows 30cm apart and thin to 15cm when seedlings are large enough. Keep soil moist and water regularly to prevent bolting. Pick young as baby leaves for salads or allow to mature for steaming and freezing. Approximately 500 seeds per pack; suitable for pots, patio, small gardens, borders, vegetable plots and raised beds. Plant May–October and harvest May–October; eventual growth height ~200 mm.
