About this product

Delphinium Pacific 'Blue Bird' is a hardy perennial with tall spires of intense sky blue flowers and crisp white centres, ideal for the back of borders and cottage gardens. Blooming in early to mid summer (June–July) with repeat flowering potential if spent spikes are removed, it also makes excellent long-stem cut flowers. Prefers full sun, fertile well-drained soil and a sheltered site; staking is recommended to support stems and protect from wind. Pollinator friendly, attracts bees and beneficial insects, and grows to around 150cm for striking vertical impact.
