Exactly what we were looking for
I bought a radio that I could charge up the batteries to enable use when I had no access to an electricity supply. So, I needed rechargeable batteries. This is where the shearch began, I searched a lot of shops for this size & type of batteries & finally..... Argos was the only place where I could get them. Well pleased.

No, these are not exactly equivalent to 18650 batteries. Apart from the big voltage difference, they are ever so slightly different in size.
(For any product that needs batteries, please only use the type and voltage stated in the product's user instructions. If the device is designed for 18650 batteries please only use those).

C and D batteries are different sizes, so are not interchangeable.
The Energizer Rechargeable Power Plus C Batteries - Pack of 2 is C size batteries, also referred to as an R14 battery.
A D battery (also known as an R20) would be a different type from this.
If you need these for a specific device please make sure to check the type you need before making a purchase.

The charge time of the Energizer Rechargeable Power Plus C Batteries - Pack of 2 will depend on many factors. Typically these include, but aren't limited too, the charger being used and it's max output, the amount of air circulation around them as batteries heat up when charging, and the overall depletion of the batter along with it's cycle count.
With this is mind we are unable to offer a time, however the AA&AAA pro charger is able to offer a charge within 4 hours when the batteries are fully depleted.
