Works well

Bought this because I had a terrible cough that was keeping me up all night - this humidifier was a complete life saver! It puts out a lot of steam, the first night we had it on the floor and the carpet ended up quite damp but after that we put it on a little table and that worked perfectly. We haven’t really used the projector function but I imagine if a child was using it they’d love it.

I brought this less then a week ago and it’s leaking water and I discovered today that it has 2 massive splits in it and it’s kept up high so nobody could have gotten it

If you see any scale starting to build up, look up our simple steps to descale in the manual that will be supplied with the item.

Hi, Sarjo! Thank you for your question. You can use the Vicks SweetDream Humidifier in a small room, but there are a couple of things which you have to keep in mind.
- Make sure the room is sufficiently vented.
- Do not place the humidifier close to walls or on a sensitive surface (such as wood).
- Test which setting is the best. For a smaller room, a lower setting might already be enough.
There are also devices called hygrometers, which are able to give you the exact humidity level of a room and help you to check if a higher setting is required or ventilation.
